What is your shipping Policy?

FOR PRINTS CREATED/SHIPPED FROM OUR PRINT SHOP:  Shipping times range from 1-7 business days.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.  The COVID-19 Pandemic has delayed shipping times in many cases, so do not be surprised if there is a significant delay in receiving your order.

FOR ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART:  It may take as long as 7-10 days to ship your framed artwork.  Since it is so valuable and important to both you and us, we have to get a special shipping container and then pack and package the artwork before shipping it by UPS or FedEx Ground.  Typically delivery time to addresses in the U.S. is 3-4 days after shipment, so the total time for delivery may be as long as 2 weeks, but I can assure you that the wait will be worth it once you receive your package and see the beautiful work of art it contains!  As above, the COVID-19 Pandemic has delayed shipping times in many cases, so do not be surprised if there is a significant delay in receiving your order.

What is the cost of shipping?

ALL items qualify for FREE Ground shipping to USA & Canada.    50% discount on items shipped 1 or 2  Day OR International.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT:  Your item will be well packaged to prevent typical and casual mishandling from damaging the contents; however, if the package shows external signs of significant damage during shipment (holes in the package, tire marks on the package, or any other unusual indicators of internal damage, you should decline acceptance and have the delivery person make a damage report at the delivery time.  You should report the problem to UPS/FedEx on your end and notify us at ralph@liliedahlart.com  immediately.

Original works of art will be insured to recover their value should they be seriously damaged; however, we've shipped many packaged art works without damage of any kind, so it's doubtful this will happen.  But if so, you can expect to return the package and be reimbursed for the cost you paid.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:   Our policy at Liliedahl Art is that we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at: ralph@liliedahlart.com within 3 days of receipt and include your order number and a brief description of what's going on.  Someone from our office will contact you to see how we can help.

Assuming the issue is not something we're responsible for, there's a 25% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE that the frames of Original Art may have minor dings here and there from movement, as they have been shown in exhibitions from time to time.  There will not, of course, be any issues with the artwork itself nor will the frames have any significant damage.

Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order by calling 1-281-782-0358 within one business day of placing your order. After a business day it's possible that your order has already gone into production and will be too late to cancel the order.

May I make copies of the artwork I receive from you?

Sorry, but no.  All of the art sold here is copyright protected.  While you are buying a copy of the image, you are NOT buying the right to reproduce the image.  With regard to the Old Master Reproductions, the Original paintings themselves are out of copyright protection and it is legal to paint a reproduction of them for resale, but the copy that was painted by Johnnie Liliedahl is, itself, under copyright protection and cannot be reproduced by you in any form.  Only the person holding the copyright is allowed to do that.

Your privacy is important to us. It is Liliedahl Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Liliedahl Art's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, http://liliedahlart.com, and other sites we own and operate.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
